I have always believed in the paranormal, ever since I was very young. I had never had any of my own experiences, but I still believed everything I had heard. It seemed to me there was no way it couldn't be true. Then I had some experiences that made me certain I was right in believing.
In November 2007, my dad died in a car accident. At the time, I was 12, my younger sister was 10, and my baby sister was 10 months old. It came as a shock to us, seeing as my mother had just had my sister. Unfortunately, we still struggle with money issues and things aren't as good and well as they could be.
Shortly after my dad died, in June of 2008 or 2009, my mother and I were out shopping. I saw that there was a Ouija board for sale. It was the last one on the shelf. I had wanted one for so long, and I begged and pleaded until my mother gave in and bought it for me. After we got home, I opened it up and set the board on a table in our living room and I set the oracle piece on the board. A few seconds afterward, me and my mother heard a crashing sound in the adjoining garage. We both walked to the garage and looked inside, and we found my dad's old nascar clock on the ground by the side door that leads to the backyard, next to our ping pong table. It had originally been hanging on the wall up near the ceiling on the other side of the garage. There was no rational explanation for how it would've just came off the wall and flown across the room. I picked it up and examined it, and there were no scratches on it or anything, it had simply stopped working. When I came back inside and went back in the living room, I saw that the oracle piece had moved from it's original place in the center of the board.
A few days after, my mother told me that she was standing on our front porch, holding my baby sister and talking to our neighbor from across the street. It was a perfect summer day, very calm with no wind. She said as she was talking to her, one of our 4 ferns that we have hanging by hooks on our front porch (the one to the far left of her) came off the hook and flew at her. It landed by her feet, and scared her and our neighbor. She still doesn't know why that happened.
A few months later, on Halloween, my 2 friends, Rose and Kailyn, came over to my house. We were all dressed up, and we wanted my mother to take pictures of us. So we stood at the end of my front porch and posed for pictures. My mother took 2 pictures of us. When we went to look at them, we saw the 1st picture was normal. But in the 2nd picture, there was a huge orb floating above our heads. It was gray, with hints of blue and green inside, and it wasn't a perfect circle, it was kind of misshapen. Later that night, we took a picture of my mom's then-boyfriend, Brad, while he was standing in my front yard, and there were little orbs that seemed to be flying past the camera towards his body. We zoomed in on the orbs, and one had a tail on it, like a shooting star, and was flying towards his feet.
A couple of months later, Rose and Kailyn were spending the night. We were in my room, sitting on my bed and talking. The way my room is set up is that I have a TV sitting on my dresser, and my dresser has a big, wide mirror attached to it. In the reflection of my mirror, you can see my bed, and next to my bed on the right side is a closet, and next to that, a bookshelf. We decided to watch a movie, so I put a movie into my DVD player and turned off my bedroom light. As soon as I turned off the light, Rose and Kailyn started screaming, telling me to turn the light back on. When I did, I saw that they were crying and holding each other. I asked them what happened, and they said when I turned my light off, they looked into my mirror and saw a man standing in front of my closet. They described him as a dark figure, whose neck stretched all the way to my ceiling. To this day, they are both still terrified of entering my room.
One day shortly after that, I was sitting in my living room watching TV, and I heard an old woman's voice on the couch next to the one I was sitting on. She said ''Stan.'' The name was very drawn out and it sounded like the voice of someone who had recently lost their voice.
There have been several other incidents, but those are the main ones. Aside from that, I hear footsteps all the time when no one is here but me, I hear whispers, I feel like I am not alone most of the time, even in an empty room, and I have strange dreams. None of this started happening until after my dad died and after I got the Ouija board. Both my mother and my younger sister do not believe in the paranormal, but I am certain that it is the only explanation.

My Paranormal Experiences After Using a Ouija Board
Is My Life a Demonic Love Story?
Shivers up my spine, ear drums tortured with the booms, pops, and shrieks which bloom from the night, and objects moving, sometimes even manipulating themselves without any given explanation. These are just some of the experiences I've encountered since the duration of 2011.
All of these hellish events began January of 2011, a few months after moving to care take a house in Yakima, WA. Before the move, I had lived in Oregon. I have seen things all my life, but nothing ever this sinister.
During this month, my step sister and I began to sense something dark, and she received a Ouija board for her birthday, so it seemed like perfect timing to get to the bottom of things. We were wrong.
The whole family sat around the table lit by candlelight, and began using the board. Answers were swift, and we found we were speaking to a six year old girl named Lucy. She had apparently been the child of a family of servants who had once served the owner of the property. This man, who we would later learn went by the name of Holtzinger, raped her mother and then proceeded to kill her because she was pregnant with his child.
The rest of the servants, including Lucy, came down with a disease, and died shortly thereafter.
All of these responses sickened us, but we were glad for the information. However, a dark force came over us then, and the temperature dropped. And we asked who we were speaking to, and it was Holtzinger. He never threatened us, just played mind games. We never used the board at that house again.
After using the board, however, we would hear screams on the property, loud footsteps up and down our wood floored hallway nightly, mumbling outside our bedroom window, and lastly, a night which we would never forget. Some unseen force locked my step sister, our best friend, and me in our room by pushing from he outside of the door whenever we would try to escape. Lights flickered in our room, stuffed animals flew off of our bed, noises were in the walls, and a figure could be seen periodically while we were imprisoned.
Things of lesser importance occurred after that night, but every time they happened the same feeling of dread swept over me.
Last summer, we ended up moving two miles away from that house. Everything appeared ordinary, and the feeling of suffering lifted.
That is until July. It was my dad's turn to have me this last summer, so I stayed at his house with my older brother. One night, at a sleep over with his girlfriends, they created a homemade Ouija board, and persuaded me to try. (Which I now regret).
We began talking to a spirit named Rex, and he said "Kit is a cutie." He then proceeded to explain that he was in love with me, and that he would do anything to have me dead so I could be with him forever. We put the board away swiftly that night.
Nothing paranormal happened for a few weeks until once again, me, my best friend Sammy, and my brother created a Ouija board, this time focusing on what Rex wanted.
Rex began explaining to us through the board that I must die because I am his soul mate, and that he would kill me with "many cuts and scratches." He also went on to say that he would murder my exes, and my current boyfriend to get to me.
A few moments after this was said, A large scratch was dug into my left shoulder, and it keeps reappearing to this day. Once again, we put the board away.
That was the last time I messed with a board, but Sammy continued.
She found out that not only is Rex after me, but a group of spirits (or demons), named Raziekiel, Rey, Matt, Ian, Brendon, and Tyler. However along with this group are Lucy, and a friend of mine and Sammy's who committed suicide in April. These two are trying to protect me it seems.
Now, my friends are being tormented. My brother is plagued with figures, my step sister is feeling dread, Sammy is seeing things move and hearing nails tapping and voices, our friend Kara is having dreams about horrific deeds which are coming true (for example, she dreamt her mom's best friend had a miscarriage and it proceeded to happen), our friend Josephine has a man come into her room at night and mess with her music, and I have a sense that a presence is with me, and have been having dreams myself.
I'm not sure if any of my friends' experiences intertwine with Rex and the crew, but it's very coincidental.
The dreams I have been having however involve me talking to a fortune teller of some sort with raven black hair. She always shows me a card with a white background, two black snakes intertwining, and a number 6 in the upper left-hand corner. I've been told that this means death, but I'm not sure. This dream is reoccurring.
Also, bits and pieces of the first Ouija board my step sister and I used back at the previous house have began showing up on my floor, even though we disposed of it months ago.
And one last thing to add to the mix, my dad's friend once went into our previous house after leaving five minutes before, and found two voodoo dolls lying in the middle of the living room.
I am a young girl, and I do not have much experience with these things. I fear for myself, but I mostly fear for the lives of my friends and family, because I feel as if they've been drug along on this roller coaster. Please comment if you have any insight on the dreams or anything, if you can relate, if you recognize any of the spirits names, anything. Even a stab in the dark, I just need something to hold on to.

My Ghost Story
It all started out innocently enough. I am still taken by strange feelings once in a while, and it might take many years for it to stop, maybe not, I’m not sure. Only time will tell, but I must, I have to tell my story, and let it out of my chest because I still hear the noises that haunt me everywhere I go, and they always come in threes. If I tell my story, it might stop, and give me some peace. I never sit near windows in airplanes, trains, restaurants or offices, though. I avoid windows the most I can--especially at night. I wish the noises would end, but they never do. I wonder if they ever will. I guess that sometimes it’s impossible to stop the river of life.
I had just arrived at Colégio Bennett Girl’s Camp on a Friday afternoon, in the year of 1969. My friends and I had come in a big, white and noisy bus all the way from Rio de Janeiro, and up towards the Alto da Tijuca woods. The bus had parked under an enormous Jake tree. I was immediately enveloped by its long, thick branches and inviting coolness the moment I got off. Strangely enough, I also felt a chill run through my body but I thought it was the excitement in the air, and the idea of being away from my mother’s overbearing presence.
Panela, Katia, Sichel, Baby, Luisa and I met in our cottage room. We had made a special request weeks ago: to be placed together in the same room, or we wouldn’t sign up for girl’s camp. We were best friends. Our school wanted to make ends meet that year, so that wasn’t a problem. We were inseparable, like magnets, stuck to one another, and we had no secrets ... until that weekend. We unpacked, folded our clothes in the large shelves and got ready for dinner.
While my friends talked and gossiped, I remember looking out of the window for a long time--without knowing that this would be the last time that I would be able to come close to one, and I admired the outside view while I saw my own reflection. I pushed my long, blond hair back, lifted my brown, Ray-Ban sunglasses and peered at my green eyes. A lost sun ray fought through the trees and through the window’s glass which made me close my eyes for a few seconds. I was happy then, and didn’t know it.
After dinner, and right after the Grand Meeting in mess hall, we returned to our room. We wanted to undress and gossip some more in our pajamas. The orange yellowish moon grew in size over the dark lake, across from our cottage. My bed was a top one, so I could follow the moon’s lazy walk along the dark sky and see it make its way through the shiny stars. I also observed the growing signs of fog crawling over the cat tails alongside the long lake, and I thought of goblins and gnomes, fairies and leprechauns dancing, playing, flying and searching for pots of gold under big mushrooms. Would rainbows be seen tomorrow? I needed better days in my life.
“Christina! Stop daydreaming. Look what I brought!” Panela said while removing something from her red duffel bag.
“What, Panela?”
“Stop calling me Panela. My name is P-a-m-e-l-a.”
“No can do. Panela it is. Just as Consuelo is Baby and Christine is Sichel. I am the only Christina in this group. I am the Captain, remember!”
“Yes, Captain, my Captain!” Pillows landed on my head, and we giggled and laughed until tears rolled down our cheeks. They sat on the red carpet around Panela and curiously looked at the package. Panela unwrapped it slowly. Heads touched while I tried to see what was lying in front of them, mysterious and dark--staring at us with hungry eyes. My heart missed a beat.
“An Ouija board! Panela, you brought an Ouija board to girl’s camp?”
“Why, yes. Why not? I thought it would be fun.”
“Panela ... you know how I feel about these things ... you know that I 'feel' strange things besides, this is not a toy ... there are dangers involved with the playing of the spirits.”
“Oh, come on, Christina. Let’s give it a try!” Baby said while her eyes were glued to the letters and numbers imprinted on the strange board. She stretched out her hand but she was scared to touch it; it looked awake.
“Please”, Luisa asked, touching the board. “Let’s play.”
“Come on”, Sichel and Katia pleaded, pushing me towards the floor and forcing me to sit on a pillow. They gathered around me, caressing my hair and massaging my shoulders. “Please.”
“Okay, okay, okay, but only this time because it’s a downright--bad mojo.”
“Why?” Sichel asked.
“Because ... a spirit board is a point of connection with the 'other side', the dark side, that’s why. It’s dangerous to communicate with the ... dead.”
“But that’s why I brought it. You are a Medium. You know ‘things’. You see ‘things’. It will be fun, besides, we are protected--you’re here. You are the strongest. You once said--and I remember it so well--that the Gods only tested the strongest, remember?. So, that's that.” Panela insisted.
“Well ... alright, but we stop when I say so, hear me?”
We sat on the carpet forming a circle; the Ouija board in the center. We heard the branches scratch the roof, and we laughed nervously. The room was cold, probably because of the high ceiling, stone and timber floors, and the open spaces. Luiza had a coughing attack, and Sichel started to giggle. I looked at them, angrily. No one dared talk, not anymore, not until I started. I took a deep breath. I looked outside of the window. It was becoming darkly overcast.
I stood up. I turned off the one light bulb hanging from the ceiling after lighting a vanilla scented candle I had brought with me. I sat among them again while they followed all my moves with nervous eyes. I stared at the Ouija board in that old cottage in the middle of the woods, and wondered why I was doing this. I didn’t know why--but I went ahead. While listening to the sound of rain, to my friend’s deep breathing, and to the creaking floorboards, I finally said:
“I am here, asking permission to the mysterious planes, to the higher levels, to the good spirits and to all the elements around and above to allow us to enter the spiritual world. Ouija board ... we ask you: is anybody out there, listening to me--to us? Is anybody out there who wishes to communicate with us, tell us something or send a message? Do come in peace.”
“Is anybody out there who wants to ask something?”
“Is anyone there? Answer me.”
“Is there a spirit out there that needs help?”
Suddenly ... the pointer moved a tiny bit, shaking the board--causing an electric shock on our fingers--making us scream and jump from the pillows. Rain started to fall over the roof and pour down the cottage. We came closer to one another; not daring to move away from the Ouija board. It attracted us like magnet; eerie and full of mysterious symbols, scary.
“Is anyone out there?”
The pointer moved again, slowly, from the letter y to e, then to the letter s and spelled out the word Y-E-S.
“Panela, don’t cheat!”, Katia said, blushing with anger.
“I am not cheating, I swear”, Panela said nervously.
“Then who … is doing this?”, Luiza asked.
“I’m scared”, Baby whispered.
"Me too", Sichel moaned.
“Who’s there?” I demanded. I needed answer to this dilemma, but I should have stopped then.
I-A-M, the pointer slowly spelled.
“Who--who are you?” I asked.
L-B.
“Where--are you from, L. B.?” I asked, curious.
F-R-O-M-T-H-E-L-A-K-E, the pointer spoke from the board.
“Panela... I swear, if this is you...”, Sichel whispered.
“I am NOT doing this! I swear! Is it YOU, Christina?”
“Of course NOT! This IS happening. I know ... I feel it. It’s a sad presence, hovering over us. I mean it. It’s … maybe ... evil but I’m not sure; not this time. I wonder why, but it’s wet, heavy, and I want to stop this ... right now!”
N-O, the pointer spelled out, almost flying, from letter to letter; this time, faster. N-O, again.
The branches scratched the roof again. The door shook because of the wind. A dog barked in the distance, or was it a wolf? I felt the hair on the back of my neck stand up and I got goose bumps. Panela and Luiza held my knees and Baby, always independent and tough, looked at me for guidance and help. Sichel’s eyes were wide open. Katia just sat there; lips trembling. I had to understand what was going on, so I insisted.
“Give me a proof, but don’t use the Ouija board.”
Silence. I could hear my heart drumming in my chest. I could hear the raindrops falling over the lake. I could...
Knock. Knock. Knock.
We immediately looked at the window. We knew that the knocks had come from the window, but from outside--not inside! We knew this, but outside was … wet, cold, and muddy. Nobody was ... outside ... but the feeling of being stared at from behind us and from the sides was so intense that I had to keep looking around to make sure that nobody was actually there. Was it the rain, the wind? What was it?
Knock. Knock. Knock. Again. Three times.
We screamed and held each other’s heads, forming a compressed Circle of Sisters--a Sisterhood of very scared friends that wouldn’t move one inch, or it would destroy our forces, our innermost strength. We sat there forever--holding each other’s arms, holding our hands until our arms became numb, and our fingers became white. Finally, I took a deep breath once more. I was in charge. I had to know my answers to this puzzle. I should have stopped; prayed. I didn't. The spiritual side of me was my destruction, or was it my courage?
“Was that you, L. B.?”
Knock. Knock. Knock.
“Do it again, if it’s really you, L. B.”, I insisted.
Knock. Knock. Knock. Three times, again … unbelievable.
At this point, we had been staring at the window--six pairs of wide-opened eyes looking at a window full of raindrops rolling down the glass. We knew it was L.B., not anybody or ... anything else. We knew it was a person’s spirit, but not sure it was a good or an evil one. Yet, we were aware that we were in real trouble. We sensed that we had gone too far. A tingle ran up my spine. This was a bizarre nightmare, but as I was leading the séance, I had to do something, but ... what? What? WHAT?
Knock. Knock. Knock. Again. A lightning crossed the dark sky, and not too far from the girl’s camp. Panela, Katia, Luiza, Sichel and Baby looked at me with frightened, begging eyes. “Do something, Christina, please.”
“Spirit, depart. I demand that you leave this place. Depart, L. B. I demand. We want no more to do with you. Depart, NOW and do NOT come back! I command you L. B., in the name of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, GO NOW!”
The pointer jumped in the air, fell heavily on the Ouija board and spelled out the letters N-O. Stillness in the air. I heard Sichel moan. Baby gasped and Luiza cursed. Panela covered her mouth with trembling hands. The pointer moved furiously, and--very slowly, spelled out the letters H-E-L-P-M-E. Tears rolled down my eyes, and I felt as if I was drowning, gasping for air. I started to tremble violently then I stopped. I was pushed forward, but ... by whom? Panela jumped up and hit my back with her hands, and shook me. I was shivering. Katia was crying. I was crying. “Christina, you look ... blue! Breathe! Please, breathe!”, Panela said, shacking me violently. “Breathe!” I did, deeply, greedily. My chest ached, and I coughed loudly … my body felt cold and numb.
The rain was still coming down, and in droves. I looked at my friend’s pale faces and stretched my hands out to them. They immediately held mine and we formed a little human mass of shacking bodies. I lifted my head upwards and spoke to the air, to the room, to the ghosts and spirits around us. “I demand, L.B. that you leave us, leave me and this place ... NOW! Go in peace. Let us be. We--I cannot help you, L. B., and I demand, go now! Be in peace.” I closed the “meeting” with 7 prayers, asking the spirits to bless the room and protect us from evil, and from the unknown.
A chilling gush of wind rushed its way around the room, moving through our hair and through our hearts, but we just stood there, strong and fierce in our determination; one thought, one mind, one presence. Silence. No more noises, no more knocks.
I blew the candle off. I turned the light on. I stood up and urged Panela to immediately collect the spirit board and the pointer, wrap and throw them in the duffel bag. We watched her do this in silence. Baby opened the door. Katia grabbed the bag and threw it outside. It landed on a puddle of water and mud, splashing dirt on the steps of the cottage. Sichel slammed the door. Luiza, pale and trembling, gasped; eyes wide open. Quietly, as if they had read my mind, we rearranged the pillows on the carpet, put some covers on the floor, lied down, covered one another with the blankets and fell asleep, without uttering one single word; holding our hands.
When I woke up my blood froze in my veins. The duffel bag, wet and muddy, was inside the room--challenging us with its unwanted presence. I screamed, waking my friends up--horrified by my wild cry. We sat there; staring. Sichel, who was always the last one to make up her mind, put her jeans, jacket and tennis shoes on and looked at us. We did the same. After we were ready, we grabbed the duffel bag, making sure that each one held part of its material and straps. Panela opened the door. We walked down the stairs together, stepping on the wet grass and walking towards the big garbage can, near the mess hall. We threw it into the can, and it fell inside it with a loud thud. We turned away, never looking back. Another dog barked in the distance, and birds scattered over the trees, unsettled by the noise. It was very early in the morning. No one saw us. We never said a word. Panela never claimed the duffel bag. We never checked to see if it was still there. We never talked about it; never again.
The duffel bag was never seen after that nor were we disturbed by noises, chills or shadows in the darkness of the room. Each day went by without disturbances, and by the end of the next week we had forgotten all about the event. Still, sometimes, we would read each other’s troubled expressions. I put the event in the darkest corner of my mind.
My father and my uncle picked me up at girl’s camp. I wasn’t surprised to see that my mother hadn’t come. I confess that I envied Panela, Katia, Sichel, Luiza and Baby while I saw them leave with their parents, after we hugged. Some families were so complicated. Why was mine, too? Why me? Life could be so boring. My life needed to change.
While I sat in the back seat of the car, I wondered about the steps I needed to take in my life in order to follow my path. I needed somehow, someway, to change my life soon, or I’d be doomed to be like my mother. I needed a force to start and overcome the fears of my future. I needed to seek to be better than I was, or simply accept my destiny; understand the world. I was still young--I had a life ahead of me; great expectations. I had once read that the world has a soul and that anyone capable of understanding that soul could understand the language of all things. Endless horizons... What would be of me in this universe? My whole body was overcome by a genuine sadness, like a virus. I felt heavy.
I saw the dark woods in the distance from inside the car. I noticed a deeper, distant part of the lake somehow untouched by daylight. I wondered how deep it was. Endless possibilities ahead for me ... but first I needed to see ahead of myself. All energy and all knowledge came from the same unknown source but we didn’t always notice them. Why not? Which crossroads should I follow? I was so--cold. I coughed. My throat felt tight. I had to think about my future. I needed to train my eyes as they were made to see more than one thought. It was so cold inside the car. I was trembling. Was I courageous enough to find my life's answers? The really important meetings were planned by our souls long before our bodies met and ...
My thoughts stopped when I noticed the window fogging up, as if hot breath had been blown on the glass, next to where I was sitting; while the car sped on the endless highway. I wanted to close my eyes, and escape, but I already knew what was coming. I had felt the presence. I just sat there ... waiting for the inevitable. As I watched with fear, an invisible finger slowly, and carefully drew two large letters in the dripping moisture that had formed; right from outside the cold window … L. B. ... and then ...
Knock. Knock. Knock.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

Zach The Demon
The following story happened to me and a group of friends about a year ago. We haven't spoke of it since, especially not in the apartment where it took place, for fear that it may come back. We also only told a select few people about the experience. We all just wanted to forget it.
My brother Bryan, his roommate Matthew, and myself used an Ouija board at about 4 o'clock in the morning at my house. My parents were out of town and we had just thrown a huge party, so all 3 of us were pretty drunk. We came in contact with spirit named Josh who said he had died of cancer. Coincidentally, a friend of my brother's name josh had died of cancer a few months beforehand.
After this Bryan and Matthew had become very interested in using the board even more, and about a week later they had their own board in their apartment. They came in contact with a spirit named Zach, who acted like an immature teenager, but was friendly at the same time. Zach liked to joke around, and said things like "Matthew's girlfriend gave him a disease," and "Matthew was ugly". Zach seemed very attached to Matthew, and when asked about it, he said that he thought Matthew was funny and liked him.
The board sucked them in. Bryan and Matthew continued talking to Zach over the course of the next few days. Matthew even called out of work to stay home and talk to Zach. On one particular night Zach told my brother and Matthew to be "careful", and when asked why, the board spelt out "P-O-L-I-C-E". That night, the police came to my house looking for my brother, for a reason that was settled shortly after.
After that incident my brother and Matthew told me about the board, and every thing it had said to them since they started using it. I became interested and wanted to see what this "Zach" thing was about, so that night me and my friend David went to my brother's apartment to use the board with them. We tried to come in contact with Zach, but had no luck. I took my hands off of the planchette, and as soon as I did it started to move, and Zach started speaking. Bryan asked if Zach wasn't talking to us because of me, and it said "Yes", so instead of participating, I watched and wrote down every thing that Zach said.
The conversation started normal, and my brother thanked Zach for warning him about the cops. After about 10 minutes though, the atmosphere completely changed. The planchette kept on moving back and forth between "M" and "A". We told the board to stop and it did, but shortly after it started counting down from 10. Before it could reach 1 Matthew angrily yelled "stop!" and it did. Then it spelled out "Always so scared" and the planchette began rotating in circles, and then started going back and forth between "M" and "A" again. We asked to end the session and it said "no" the first time, but when we said it again the planchette moved to GOODBYE.
Now I know, we should have stopped there, but we didn't. We opened the board back up and asked for Zach again. When the planchette moved to HELLO, we asked if the spirit was Zach and it said "yes". We asked "What were we just talking to?" The planchette stayed still for a few seconds, but then started The "M" "A" thing again. We yelled "Stop!", and then Bryan asked to speak to the gatekeeper. The planchette moved to HELLO, and Bryan again asked "What was that thing we were just speaking to? Was it a demon?" The planchette started counting down from 10 again, and after we stopped it, it started the "M" "A" yet again.
This time it stopped on its own, and began saying very mean things like "F**K You" and started calling Bryan names. When my brother asked why it was calling him names it said "God watches over you". My brother is an atheist, so he asked if the spirit was angry because he doesn't believe in God, and it said "yes". This made Bryan extremely angry, and he started asking the board even more questions, but we stopped him and eventually ended the session.
Bryan didn't feel comfortable in the apartment, so he and David came back to my house, while Matthew decided to stay for the night. Bryan went to sleep in the guest room as soon as we got back, but David and I stayed awake in my room for a few more hours. We started talking about how weird the night had been, and traded opinions on what we thought the spirit was. In the middle of the conversation my bedroom door slammed shut. No one else in the house was awake, and there was no draft, so it was impossible for the door to slam on its own.
The next morning while I was taking my brother back to the apartment he told me about dreams he had the night before. He said in his dream, he saw faces. Each face was screaming, with blood coming from their eyes. He said he then saw a woman cut her wrists, and then slit her own throat. When we got back to his apartment Matthew was gone, so Bryan called him and figured out that he eventually did leave the night before. When he got to the apartment he told us how he tried getting to sleep, but felt a strong presence in the room with him. He said it felt like there was a crowd of people surrounding his bed, watching him, so he left the apartment and went to his parent's house. While laying in bed at his parent's house, Matthew told us he saw a shadow standing in the bathroom watching him.
Needless to say, we were all pretty freaked out. We broke the board into 7 pieces and threw it into the dumpster outside of the apartment. David, who is catholic, also talked to a priest and had him come to the apartment to bless it. Afterwards, David also put a bible in each room.
Ever since, we have still had weird, unexplainable things happen to each of us. Although they are not necessarily scary, and happen only once every blue moon. To this day I still think that something could have possibly stuck with us after the breaking of the board, and the blessing.
I know their is no possible way of me proving that these things happened, but they did. And please, even if you don't believe my story, never mess with an Ouija board, or try contacting the dead. I use to be extremely interested and curious about it, but now I regret ever touching the thing.

My Real Ouija Board Experience
Hi, my name is Jennifer. I used to play with the Ouija board and will never play it again. Me, my best friend, and her sister started watching these Ouija videos. We were a bit scared, but we still wanted to try it out to see if it really works. We made our own board and printed out instructions. We started asking if anyone was here. There was no answer. We stopped after trying about 27 times. We then found out that there was a Buddha in the drawer. So we decided to try it outside at the back of the house. It worked, a little bit. First we talked to a demon called David. We asked him many questions, like how he died, and if he was a good spirit. When we tried asking him how old he was. We didn't even have time to finish the question and then he answered '666' we were so shocked that my best friend went to the 'Goodbye' sign without saying anything she ran away. She came back and then we played again. This time it was a girl. Her name was Dara. We asked how old she was. but it was unclear. All we know is that she wrote a 4 and then a 5,6, or 7. We asked her if she was 47, then my best-friend started laughing, and it was not even her laugh! She than rolled over the ground still laughing. Her sister ran away. I was so scared I ran with her. we then went back to see where my best-friend was. We saw her sitting there crying and saying: 'Why did you leave me alone?' We just took the board and the glass cup and walked back together.
A few days after. Her sister came back with a REAL Ouija board this time. It was from Germany. It was so big that we actually started laughing the first time. We weren't allowed at the back of the house anymore so we decided to play on the balcony. When we asked the spirit if anyone was there, it raced to the 'Yes' sign that it fell off the board. We asked if we had better connection from up here. Then it did it again. We spoke to many spirits and found out that there is a master, and that the spirit is inside the board. We also found a way to tickle it, you just have to tap the pointer. Then one spirit's name was Susanne, which was the exact same name my best friend has. We asked how old it was, and for the last name, and how many sisters she has. It was like there is another life. We asked if there was a Jennifer like me and if I was dead. It said I got skinned alive and hung up in a closet. Just like the Smith sisters. Another spirit said that the master wanted to kill Susanne and train her. It said she had a special power, and when we find out what it is they are going to take her. That's why we don't play it anymore. There were also some funny spirits, and cute ones too. One boys name was Daniel, he was 3 years old and died because he fell off the stairs. He said he misses his mom. When we asked him how he died he actually went off the board. Then we figured out that he didn't like to spell. Then there was another boy who said his name is Google. We asked where he came from he said internet. Then we asked what language he talks, he said Wikipedia. After we talked to him we found out that heaven is just like the normal world. And that it has streets and cities and countries. But they don't have the same names. What they actually did was put two real street names together. And that would be a heavenly street. The board said that Ouija wont work for anyone anymore without Susanne for the whole world.

Something's Creeping on You is it Already Too Late?
Alright, here goes nothing. This is actually my first time since I've brought these incidents up since they happened cause I really don't want to think about them, but it seems that there are few people in here that have had something similar happened to them, so I wanted to share my story.
Now before I start I would also like to mention that I don't believe in god or any higher power so to say, and I resigned from church as soon as I reached the legal age to do so myself. I've always wanted to think myself of being behind the wheel of my own life and I've not even prayed once since I got out of elementary school. But enough of that, lets get on with the my story.
It all started at July of 2009. I was spending my summer holiday from school with 2 of my friends, Tanja and his boyfriend Jani, and my sister, Nina, at our apartment (I was living with my sister for a while back then), and we were spending the evening by having few drinks and playing cards. After a few dozen rounds the clock was around 1-2 at night and we were starting to get bored in just playing cards. At this point we started to think what else we could do to pass the time and have some fun and Jani had just the thing we needed, an Ouija Board.
At that point I was mesmerized, I hadn't ever even seen an Ouija board and I was tempted to try it out, but I didn't just want to do it at our apartment cause I knew that there was abandoned house just 200 meters away from my place where we could get into the mood. So, we packed candles and few drinks with us and set course to the said house, at the same time speculating what we would experience. We arrived at the house around 2:30 and I was not sure if the door would still be open, I walked to the door and turned the knob... *click* The door was still open and I remember myself smirking when we entered into the house.
The house was old and badly damaged over the years of not being taken care of and you could see it just by the outside lawn which was covered in weeds and dandelions. Every step we took made the floor squeak and I was almost thinking that it would give up and collapse from our weight, but we made it to the living room which still had the old musky couch and nicotine stained tapestry. This was the place where I wanted us to set up the Ouija board and I started to light the candles while Jani set up the board.
The girls didn't want to participate in the game, so it was only me and Jani who would have to get our hands dirty. The first few questions were simple such as "Are you here?" "How many of you are there?" and such on, and I was sure that Jani was moving the glass since he had done this before and I was sure that he would just try to get me and the girls frightened. Well it was working for the girls since they wanted to go back, but I just smiled and said "alright, we'll go back, but first I want to ask the last question."
I put my fingers back on the glass and stated my last question "Who are you?".... a moment of silence crept on us.
The glass started moving again, slowly. "A", at this point I took a look at Jani since I was expecting him to be making up a name on his head and trying to get the glass to move on the right letters. "N", but I was in a disbelief when I saw his face, he looked really pale, no, more like scared as hell. "D", the glass was starting to speed up and I was still looking at my friends pale expression that he had frozen on his face. "R", at this point I was starting to finally get freaked out myself, but still managed to keep my composure. "A", at this point Jani raised his hands in the air and said "No more". Maybe it was just my imagination, but even after Jani had raised his hands, I still felt an unexplainable force moving the glass one more time... "S"
"Andras"
I said the name out loud and following my word, there was a loud tumble sound that came from the upstairs of abandoned house. A moment of silence passed by once again while we were still sitting down in disbelief of what we just saw and heard. I remember my sister asking something, but it all was drowned in the panic I was feeling when the squeaking returned... the upstairs floorboards were squeaking. At that point we all had the same idea on our heads, and that was to get out of there as soon as possible. We grabbed the candles, the board and our coats from the floor and ran out of the house as fast as we could and didn't stop until we were in a safe distance away from the house. My hearth was still jumping when we got back to the main street and stopped running. I let out a nervous laughter and others joined my laughter that to be honest, sounded a little maniacal at the time. After that we started to walk back to our apartment, but I had a feeling that someone was watching us, and I could swear that when I turned to give the house a one last look, I saw a dark figure at the up stairs window, prying on us.
That was my first and last encounter with a Ouija board, but I believe that some damage has been done, since after that incident I've gotten 2 more encounters with strange happenings in the past 2 years that date pretty closely to the date that we went to that house to "have some fun".
The first incident happened little over 1 year after the board incident I think. I dint tell about it yet, but me and my sister have a third family member in our household, and that is our loved golden retriever named "Speedy" (that's because she has more energy then in a small town), and she loves to sleep with me at nights. Most of the nights she just comes in the middle of the night, jumps in the bed and lays down besides me. Well my sister was working in a night shift that day since she's a waitress in a large gas station complex that has burger joint and a shop in the same building and it's open 24/7. I had gone bed around midnight since I had to wake up early for work. In the middle of the night I woke up cause I heard clicking sounds in my room and I knew exactly what it was since I had heard it tons of times before, it was our dog searching for a place to sleep. But for some reason the sounds stopped right next to my bed. A moment went by and nothing happened, she didn't jump on my bed like she usually did, she was just sitting there staring at my back, or so I thought cause that when something heavy pressed against my back and I felt a cold breath on the back of my neck.
I was scared stiff and I don't know how long I layed there but after a uncertain amount of time I gathered my guts and turned over swinging my arm towards the light switch of my nightstands lamp. My hearth was racing and I was drenched with cold sweat when my fingers hit the switch and light illuminated the room... what was there just a second ago was gone now. First I thought that it was just my imagination playing tricks on me and I thought that it really was Spedy who just came to say hi, but for my surprise, the bedroom door was closed, and something was clawing the other side of the door.
My blood froze once again after I heard that scratching sound.. Was it back? I didn't know and that was what scared the living hell out of me. But then I heard the familiar whine from the other side of my door, THAT was our dog. I rose up and opened the door and what do you know, it was her, but the reaction I got was something I didn't expect. She was shaking like she had a seizure, and her walking looked forced and awkward, she looked terrified just like I was probably looking like. Anyway she hopped on my bed like saying "Neither one of us wants to sleep alone tonight", I went to bed, closing the door but leaving the light on this time and it took me many hours to get sleep, not just because what I experienced but thinking if our dog went through something similar.
I never told this to my sister cause I didn't want to scare her, but I did ask if Jani had had something similar happen to him, but it seemed like I was the only one.
Now lets roll a year forward again to this year and the end of July. I had somehow gotten rid of that haunting incident and still at this point, I was thinking that it might have been between my ears, and nothing more. I didn't live with my sister anymore, we moved to separate apartments at the end of 2010, and I had found a new place to call home for now. It was a typical Friday night for me, watching movies with some friends over, having few drinks and having fun. The evening stopped shortly after 1AM and I still thought that I could go for a few rounds of Supernatural (the TV series) before going to bed, and so I did and I fell asleep between the episodes.
I woke up to a familiar feeling from sometime back, something was watching me again. Now I have 4 closets at the opposite side of my bed, about 2 to 3 meters away from my bed, and when I woke up, I saw one of the doors hanging open. And I could swear that in the back of that closet I saw... something, I cant describe what it looked like but it was looking straight at me, and I could swear that it was smiling at me. At this point I sprung out of my bed and rushed to the balcony, locking the door behind me. I sat there for what must have been an hour or so, cause I smoked 1 full pack of cigarettes while being there before I dared to go back inside. I carefully went back inside flipping every light switch I could find on the way cause there was just 1 thought in my mind, and that was to get my phone and get the hell out of there. I finally got back to my room and flipped the lights on. all the 4 closets were open and pile of my cloths were dropped on the floor from the top. At this point I grabbed my phone from the night stand, hopped in my car and drove to my friends house for the rest of the evening. I couldn't tell them what happened yet again cause I'm not sure if it's in my head of actually real.
I don't live in the 2nd apartment anymore either, I just couldn't after what happened and I'm at my 3rd place at this moment, but the question is, am I safe in here? Is it all in my head? Or, is something coming after me once again in the next years July and what if it catches me this time?

Hatman My Friend/Foe
To start, I have always been sensitive to the other side of the veil. I am use to it and it really doesn't bother me... usually. I've had run-ins with spirits and creepy feelings that turn out to have merit and all that. My son has the same thing going on with him.
We both met what we assumed was a spirit about 10 years ago. We both have seen him and tried to communicate with him. I even tried to get rid of him several times. For no reason except to be done.
We call him "Hatman" because when he appears, he is wearing a bolo hat, like the old fashioned cowboys who wanted to exude a sense of style. He always appeared to us as an older guy, a native looking man. He has never tried to hurt us. Never.
However.... yesterday my son and I decided we wanted to communicate with our "friend" so we went to the Ouija board. Hattie, as we affectionately called him appeared right away. He is always with us. He told us his name is Ken and he was 21 years old when he died. He fell to his death, but doesn't know from where. He was born in 1826 and he loves me. I didn't ask him if he loved me. He just offered that up. We talked a bit and he told us he had been with us for 10 years now. He said he is my guardian.
Then my son left and I was alone with my "friend". I went back to the board. We talked a bit. It was hesitant and he didn't seem to want to do it. So I asked the board if there was anyone else who wanted to talk to me. The answer was an immediate "yes". I asked this new entity what it's name was. The answer I got was ITIU3. I was confused and pressed the issue. I said, "That's your name?" and the answer came back "No." I asked again, "What's your name" and the pointer literally FLEW over to the moon face on the board. And to anyone who practices Divinationism, as I do, that was a very frightening place to go. Hidden enemies, terror, deception...it was very telling. Then it pushed the pointer off the board. I grabbed the pointer and put it back in the center of the board. I then asked if I was speaking to a demon. The pointer went directly to "yes". I then asked, "Do you think you can beat me?" Again, I received a "yes".
I jumped up and destroyed the board right away. Ripped it to shreds and threw it outside. All the while believing that "my hattie" was protecting me.
The next day I woke up scared to death about what I had invited into my life and thankful my spirit guardian for protecting me from a malevolent entity. I realized in a flash of insight what ITIU3 meant. It. I. U. 3. He was telling me that I was there, he was there and IT was there. There were 3 of us there. It was a chilling revelation. Drew me closer to him. I was grateful for his protection.
We cleansed the house with salt water and a banishing chant. I thought all was well.
Later in the day I was again grateful and tried to communicate with Ken and got these feelings of overwhelming love coursing through me. It was a bit much. I became suspicious. I can't explain why. So I called my uncle who advised me that this game has been played before and how dumb am I? He told me to get rid of it. The demon was the play acting hero.
At that moment I was very sad. This man who never hurt me, seemed kind and protective was the monster....I just couldn't believe it. It was all too much.
So I consulted my Gods. And it was confirmed. I asked a direct question. "Is the Hatman a demon?". I drew The Lovers, merkstave. The meaning is false love, deception, a deamon lover/relationship.
All this time I have wondered who he is. I have wanted to know him. And for someone who is supposed to be "psychic" I feel pretty stupid. Duped by a demon.
I can only assume it didn't hurt me because I am stronger than it is. Although, now that I look back, there has been a lot of instability and unfortunate happenings in my life. Was it the demon? Or is this evil creature capable of actually loving someone? I don't know. And I don't care now. It lied to me, again and again and again and again. Maybe it just has a lot of time on it's hands. But oddly, at this point, I'm more hurt than scared.
Gotta get rid of him now. Not sure how. The cleansing didn't work.
But I now that know that my "friend" isn't what he pretended to be, maybe I will be more successful. I will definitely be consulting with the Gods for guidance. Wish me luck. 10 years of attachment will not be easy to eradicate,
